Great durable pack n play. We used it for months with our newborn and the bassinet helps a new mom's tired back - no bending all they way down to pick up the teeny baby. Great feature. I think the ones with the bassinet and changing tables are too much - it's very easy to change a baby in the bassinet feature, so save your money!

The customer service of Costway is Great! I had an issue with ordering due to a misunderstanding with my bank (fyi If you live in the states make sure your bank doesn't red flag orders to Canada) if getting that in order the customer service rep was very helpful with my concerns.

shipping was fast.
putting this playpen together was easy..but not easy. Right now I have it set up and the short sides of the cradle keep coming down, that's very troublesome. Other than that everything else was easy to put up and it does look nice. looking forward to putting the little one inside once he comes
