- Q:Does the unit store and keep the ice frozen? I've seen some portable units that make ice but you have to remove it and place in a freezer.A:This ice maker cannot store ice. After the ice is ready, take it out and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.

- Q:Makes ice a couple of times and then fault light come on. I can't find the manual online. Could you please email the link for the manual. I do not have the order number. The unit is the 70# ice maker with a green on/off light left front and 3 or 4 lights next to it. - Q:Do I need any special cleaner for cleaning the this ice machine?A:All the components & surfaces exposed to water or ice cubes, like ice storage bin, water tank, door,etc. should be cleaned by Using Nu-Calgon Nickle Safe Ice-machine Cleaner （ Can be replaced with a similar cleaning agent ） per 6 months.
