It gets real hot

I was searching for a footbath that actually heats the water and this definitely does that. There is not really an easy way to clean it or to fill it but the things gets blazing hot. There are foot rollers that are supposed to massage your feet and they are very painful after a few minutes. Overall, it does what it says, it just isn't very comfortable to use.

The unit arrived with parts that need to be assembled but no instruction on how to do so. I have extra parts that I'm not sure what to do with! The unit itself is not super large. I wear women's size 10 shoes and my feet fit just about perfect. Because the unit is deep it's better to sit on a higher chair so that your calves are not hitting the back of the unit. If you want to use this while relaxing on the sofa, you'll probably need to get comfortable with the back of your calves hitting the plastic edge. I used a rolled up towel and that helped a lot.

Order #1221167524 Model EP23285 What is the difference between the three intelligent modes? We can’t see a difference. How does the medicine box work? The description talks of a vibration feature. How is this turned on?

1. The mode difference is the frequency of the roll rotation. 2. You can open the medicine box and put the cartridge bag in. 3. This product has no vibration function. Sorry for the misleading.

Is there a more extensive manual than the 3 page one where do I get a manual for your model EP24369BN I bought online? (Also, do not understand the line in the 3 page manual I have in point (7)which says "please do not close to the heating tub when moving you foot to avoid burns".

We only have one version of instruction manual. When the heating block is heated, the water temperature is uneven, and the water temperature will be higher in the near place, but the temperature will not be much different.
