The handles were had to put in. Had to use oil and a wrench to put them in.

Great work out tool for your abs and other workouts. Easy to store.

This product is good. It does take several crunches to begin feeling the effects of the sit-ups and push ups. Overall this is a good product for the price.

Sturdy easy to assemble works very well

you can do plenty of different exercises not just sit ups

This is adjustable so as u get stronger u can adjust.It is small enough 2 fold easy 2 use.and let's face it if it is easy 2 use we use it.I am 64 and I love it first time I've been able 2 do sit ups!

Great item. However mine came to me warped where the pin goes in to lock the bench in place. So it makes the padded bench look crooked.

Awesome I'm 5ft 125lbs and this is perfect I love that I can fold it and store it away... if you're tall it may be kinda a hassle but it'll still work, for anyone not actually using there's in the reviews it's because they don't won't to work out!!!! It's a great bench!

This was tremendously easy to put together and I did a few sit ups on it and it’s very sturdy, even on my carpet. Can’t wait to start my workout journey.

This thing is surprisingly strong. I'm a pretty fat dude and this thing doesn't creak or moan when I use it. My only issue is that one of the round foot caps was missing. Definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone.

This assembled in less than 2 minutes. So easy! It is very sturdy and holds up to leaning sideways for stretching and I haven't been able to flip it yet. Little too no rocking. The cushions are very soft and I don't even feel the bars underneath. Super comfortable. I am 5'8" 180lbs with 35" leg length and those works great for me. Husband is 5'9" 215lbs 32" inseam and it fits him perfectly too. So long or short legs both work well. Easy to clean and doesn't hold body heat.

Super easy to set up and brake down after use. This is a amazing product for people like myself that has small amounts of space to utilize.

I was pleased with what I got for the price. It's not very adjustable, but I expected that, and I was able to make it comfortable. The quality is good and it was easy to assemble. I want to do a steeper incline sit-up, so I have the legs propped up on a bench with bungies holding it in place, but I also expected to do that before I bought it. I love this, because I can do fewer sit-ups with more results. Also is good for dumbbell presses, both incline and decline, so it's very useful. If you are extra tall it would be too short, but if you are average height or short it's perfect.

The foldable abdominal training inclined stool is very effective. I have already started working out. It only takes up a small amount of space and is of good quality. I am very satisfied with it.

This is such a cut sit up bench. I like how it looks and good quality. The surface is easy clean after work out. Light weight easy to move anywhere in my house.

Bought a set of work out machines and parts (including this one) because I needed to save money in the long run from the gym and gas. So far I’m loving this bench. It gets the job done. The best part is I can access it any time from the convenience of my home. It’s proved me right as it holds me well as I do sit ups. The slant makes it more challenging which I need from the regular ones on the ground. Super happy with this.

Help tremendously with my abs and legs muscles. It can also be used for push-ups. Just have proper forms to ensure no injury for yourself.

I think it's a good bench especially for the price. I was looking for something with a bit more of a decline so I put the front part on an elevated step to make it more difficult. I wish the back padding was longer so my upper back had more support but I'm getting used to it. I like how it folds up because it doesn't take up a ton of space. Was very easy to assemble.

This is a nice bench. I think it could be a little wider that would make it awesome. I don't like that the sponge things for the foot part if that's what you call them lol they come off easily when using. Other than that it gets the job done. Very easy to put together.

So easy to assemble. want to loose some weight and control my waist, so far I feel very good doing sit up, this bench will save my time and hope it will help.me reach my goal. Lets wait and see
