The sofa looks great.When I found out I was missing a piece I immediately called Customer Service. They said the part may take some weeks to get here but they assured me they would send it when it shipped in. Throughout the waiting process they answered my delivery questions promptly and professionally. It did take a few + weeks but an email came in with the tracking number and now all is well.

I did not have any missing pieces or broken pieces. It was not hard to assemble, once put together it looks great.

Pretty easy to assemble just a little tedious but simple enough. My husband assembled this in about 2 hours but it came out great! Very comfortable and it looks great! We added our own throw pillows to finish the look. A great buy!
