01/09/2024Loved this tree! It looks beautiful but it's not as full as the picture looks but it still looks nice. The color is very rich, as pictured. The height was perfect. I was able to add a star and it not touch the ceiling (my ceilings are standard height). It was quick and easy to assemble.

Costway representative - Q:This tree was nothing like the photot very sparse, which I could deal with ,however the stand of the tree was defective and upon placing ornaments, sentimental and valuable ornaments the trees base could not hold the weight and our tree toppled over and the ornaments shatteredA:This should be sorted out after receiving the goods. In addition, ornaments that are too heavy should not be hung. When hanging ornaments, pay attention to the uniform hanging and do not concentrate the weight in a certain area, which is easy to be unstable

Costway representative - Q:What are the shipping dimensions of the 7ft tree?A:It was in a box that is 6" square and 3 ft. tall. The tree is in 3 sections in the box and branches are very sparse. Not something I would want for my house but we are using them in a wedding so the will be highly decorated and flocked.
Costway representative - Q:So this is made for outside too right how well does it hold up ?A:It is made from twisted wire and plastic needles. Each branch is separated into lengths, with longest first, graduating to the smallest near the top. Each branch has a bent section to fit into the trunk at the appropriate segment.
