I bought this washer a while ago. Unfortunately, it was defective during transport.
I am happy to report, though, that Costway refunded me two days after I told them. Kudos to them for excellent service without any hassle.

I got this for my apartment unit because I really dislike going to the communal laundry floor in my building. It's been about a month and I'm SO happy with it! I've been doing small loads every 4-5 days since then and loving it! The spin drying takes some skills to operate it well, but when you put the wet clothes neatly/flat into the basket provided the spin goes so much more smoothly and virtually noiseless. I LOVE this little machine!

It washes very well but the spinner basket popsup when spinning. I had to hold the lid to start the spinner. Made a complaint to return the product and seller promptly refunded the money in two days. Excellent customer service

Does tangle some clothes but cleans well. A pain to fill with a bucket. Best if you can use next to a sink. Washes 9 pairs underwear well. 4 polo shirts. 12 pairs socks. 2 pairs pants
