Cleans better after a second wash( I rinse and wash again and my clothes last longer because it’s gentle on fabrics. Suggest to wash one bra at a time they tangle in other clothes. Still very great buy✨✨✨✨✨✨

This portable washing machine works great. The motor is more powerful than expected. Treat it well, don't overload it, and it will last for a long time to come. Not really suitable for blue collar grease & dirt, but I tested it and the machine did the job in 2-3 washes.

great product gets the job done

This washing machine cleans my clothes much better than washing them myself. I don’t need to go to laundry room with cash to wash clothes, making it more convenient for me. It dries clothes much better.
The pipe doesn’t fit my faucet size so I have to add water by some vessels manually. And I need to get a stool to put it on, so the water will drain out from the pipe to a bucket, as my floor doesn’t have a ground leak.
The spin mode sometimes make the basket spin out, not very secure.
Generally, it makes laundry better for me.

So i never really write out reviews, i bought my first costway in march 2020, and it literally saved me, nyc was a locked down ghost town. The machine worked well for its purpose and size, house clothes, queen size bed sheets, underclothes, bathing suits, small towels and things like that. If i needed to wash jeans i bought a rack that id put in my tub to drip dry and then hang to dry after big towels as well. They only downside is the dryer portion its a small basket, but i made due. NOT COMPLAINING!! After laundromat started opening i thought i'd upgrade this for rainy days. I bought a dual bucket one with the spinner separate, and donated my costway. Only to never the dual one the same way. So i just purchased it again and really cant wait for it to come

Could use a better hose but besides that it's awesome. Perfect for my little apartment.

Masterpiece! I love this machine. Idk how long I’ve owned it, but I think it’s coming to an end. This baby has saved me so much money it’s not funny. You can do it all with limitation on how much you put into it each load. Don’t 4get to use a net bag for your delicates & lint balls. Use very little soap. Buy a closet hanger to dry w/a fan or just wait (apt living) comforters laundry mat of course. Jeans 1 @ a team. It’s not a dryer, the diffuser just gets more water out, don’t over fill the basket & u won’t have to hold it, repeat cycle if necessary. I can’t say 1 bad thing about this machine. I do mine over the kitchen sink on a cutting board so I don’t bend my back. And fill it directly w/the sprayer. I’ve worn it too pieces. Ready for another one. A definite YES!!!!

Love how simple this is to use. Bought to use for cloth diapers but baby hasnt arrived yet. So we tested it out on husbands clothes. Husband is a mechanic and this really pulled the dirt out of his greesy clothes! Super eady to clean and works great!

It's a very well small washer it does the job it's small so capacity is for small clothing only the spinning cycle is good depends how dry you want the clo5hs to be use cycle a couple of times,it should come with an extension for the the drainage tubing because it's very short. Use a very small amount of soap if not you will be rinsing so many times.

I waited for a month and half before writing the review. It’s definitely small I use it to wash undergarments, socks and a couple of shirts OR hand towels. Irrigation power is not bad. Cons, the hose sent with the machine doesn’t fit most faucets, so I have to fill it manually. Because of how light and small it is it moves; I put it on my counter for easy fill and drainage & it moves so you have to watch it. Spin basket has a certain way of fitting if you don’t put it the right way it will fall off and spin with a cery loud noise. Plus you have to be careful how much clothes you put in there, it has cery small capacity. The shaking and movements while spinning is crazy so I literally stand there and hold it until the timer is done. The clothes after spin cycle is not that dry, it takes around 2 days for the clothes to dry on the hanger. With that being said it is very easy to use but it’s definitely not for people who are looking to put the clothes and leave or those who have alot to wash.

I like it
but it’s not a good choice if you’re trying to be discreet washing clothes.
Put it on the floor because during spin cycle it will jump off.
If you were staying in a hotel like me you can’t use the spin cycle because it’s LOUD.
It does get those clothes nice and clean.
I like it.
Buy again: only if the made one with a quieter spin cycle

This item needs to be near an electrical outlet AND water supply at the same time. Hose is almost useless as a water transporter. I was exhausted after I finally set it up, washed, rinsed, and tried spinning (which did not dry the clothes much). Also does not really hold 5.5 pounds as specified--that overfills it and does not wash well. Will not use again, and not is too late to return it.

I'm writing this more for the people a little hesitant to choose this product.
First of all I needed a small washer because there would be small loads that need to be washed immediately but there is not enough to do a full load of laundry. My little ones (a little too often) get their clothes in a yucky state and I gotta take care of it asap. Also I've been trying to use more reusable things in life like cloth napkins instead of disposable and cloth pads for my Swiffer mop. All yucky and need immediate washing but it's not enough to do a full load and honestly I don't want to mix it with my shirts and underwear!!
I was a little worried before purchasing this unit because the reviews are either really good or really bad. In the end I just bit down and bought it and I was very happy when it arrived. The machine is so... cute! Sorry but I had to say it! It's a little blue machine with little dials it almost look like a toy! Immediately I put in my toddler's little outfit and gave it a go.
Unfortunately, it immediately release some sort of fume like burning plastic. I thought, maybe it's like one of those appliances that need the smell to go out first time. But it filled the entire house and I had a big headache. I had to open all the windows and even the clothes smell like burning plastic. After a couple tries like that the smell just increased and I was starting to get scared that I'll start an electrical fire.
Now why the 5 star review? Well things like this happen no matter what appliance you get, what matters is how the company handles the issue. Costway's customer service is top notch. They troubleshoot the problem and issued me a refund right away. I've dealt with enough appliance companies to know this is a very rare thing nowadays for a company to respond so quickly and stand by their product. So if you're on the fence about buying this little washer, there is no need to worry about issues. They will take care of it!

Hoses are really thin and cheap. Doesn't wring out the clothes much at all. Easily unbalanced. Wish I hadn't bought this.

Bought it as a baby shower gift for a friend in new york. She used it few times and said it works for washing but not drying.
The machine is noisy and required a specific space. It needed an added hose to fit our location.
Overall good purchase. I hope this machine lasts for a while.

Disappointed with spin basket, it won't stay in place!

Gets clothes clean.

I was very skeptical about the ability of this little machine but when I used it for the first time I was very pleased at the outcome. The clothes came out clean and the noise level is less than a regular washing machine. I read that some say the product they purchased sounded like a jet engine taking off. Not this one. You can only spin about a half a max load at a time. The spin bucket has to click into place or it will come off and tumble inside. I got this for our trailer and it will be an exceptional addition. We will store it and use it in the shower but an extension cord will be needed. It is easy easy easy to use. I just hope it lasts. It seems to be made of good workmanship. The only thing I can say negative is that the emblem on the front under the outside of the lid, but is small, leaks just a tiny bit. There is a screw that holds it on and can not be tightened because of the plastic. This was from the top of the lids condensation around the edge because I used very warm water. Didn't happen with cold water. Not because the water in the bucket was too high. I will use water proof glue to fix it. It has rubber feet underneath with a little suction so it doesn't move. I highly recommend this product.

Es fácil de usar y silenciosa

I needed a small washer, but could not hook it up to my faucet like most of these washers require. This one works perfectly without hooking to the sink. The water just goes in the top.
I use this in my pottery studio with all of our filthy towels and it handles them just fine.

Stopped working after on load

My grandmother lives in an apartment and is getting up in age so this was perfect for her. Easy to use.

Realmente fóbico a como me imagine. Lava perfectamente con un ciclo rápido. Toca colocarle debajo una toalla porque tiende a vibrar. El secado no están eficiente como esperaba y se mueve mucho cuando está en esta función. Pero en general estoy satisfecha.

This is perfect for small loads. Using the spinner can be noisy so I don't tend to use that often. This has saved me a lot of hassle, money and trips to the laundromat.

The machine wobbles everywhere when it’s spin drying.

Overall it's a good product. The wash time is quick. The only issue is, when wringing out the clothes, if you don't have them sitting a certain way so the weight is evenly distributed, the entire machine will shake and sound like it will bust apart.

During the spinning cycle when using the small basket, the whole instrument trembles making a loud noise. Besides that it is a very powerful machine. I love it.

I mean it does what its supposed to kind of. I don't know if my expectations may have been a little too high or its just that the machine super underperforms. First off the timer does not work correctly the timing is way under so you have to run it over and over again and its size well it does hold nearly as much as it looks because if you put to much in it'll just vibrate all over the place. So I mean it works but I wish it worked better.

The machine works well, it watches your clothes really good. You dont need that much detergent just a little will do. There's a few issues though. First, the filling tub does not fit over my sink faucet so i have to fill up with a large bowl. Second, the spin cycle basket is very small u can only put luke two pieces of clothing in it, and it shakes like crazy, its hard to balance it to where it doesn't shake. Other than that i guess it works well just a lot of babysitting.

It's ok for price. The hose didn't really fit around sink nosel..the filling up was med difficulty. Draining is SUPER AWKWARD

My daughter told me about this product and i brought it asap. My daughter told me her machine is leaking, a week later my machine had a little trickle of leakage. calling the merchant next week.

I was so excited to have this to use one week every month when Flo comes to town and my Thinx need to be cleaned, if you catch my drift. I was tired of using my sink and didn’t want to trek to the laundromat just for that. After the 3rd month, it broke. It sounds like it’s on, but the spinner inside, that moves the clothes around, isn’t moving anymore. It’s probably for the best, I felt like constantly changing the water out took forever and you don’t really realize the amount of water you use when doing load of laundry until you’re loading it in yourself. Back to the good ol sink…

I bought it with the mindset of trying it out. Surprisingly useful! ! ! like!

Took a few loads to determine how much soap to use. After figuring that, works great. The spinner basket vibrates the machine so I have to hold it so the machine won’t fall off the counter. The hose to fill is worthless so have to fill using gallon jug. It does wash the clothes very well.

This is a great machine to use for travel or home. The spin bucket is very small and it bounced around in the spin cycle. All an all it’s a good machine as well as the price.

Wash thin, spring and summer clothes are good, wring clothes need to manually

It works well. Don't over load it or the belt may slip off as others the same. This is easy to use and spins the clothes well to hang up and dry quickly. I wouldn't but anything with Velcro with your other clothes. It will catch and mess up your clothes. Again DO NOT OVER LOAD SPINNER

it can handle roughly half a hamper of laundry in one load. But it absolutely cleans that load as well as any other washer. When your apartment has an extortionate price for the laundromat, this thing pays for itself in no time.
the spin dry cycle is rated for 1.1lbs, wet. I threw in a lone oven mit, and it still couldn't stand still. go ahead and pretend the spin cycle doesn't exist, and voila, perfectly adequate tiny washing machine.
comes with a hose to help you fill it. Maybe that helps, but in my experience this thing is so small that even full of water and laundry you might as well just carry it to and from the shower.

Hair i never saw before it doesnt drain a strand and gotta fill and drain 2-3 times 10-15min for a load of 1-2 days clothing its worth maybe $50 but definitely not worth over that its cheap

Estaba muy feliz cuando la obtuve cuando lleguo tenía grandes espectatativas pero está bien por el precio tampoco pedía una calidad original.estaba bien hasta ahora la use cinco veces, con ropa pequeña, para mi hija es por eso que la vía comprado pero hoy cuando digo a asarla después de mucho tiempo resulta que la manguera estaba rota y pero aún así le puse pegamento y la use cuando terminé de lavar olía a quemado el motor de abajo de la lavadora y no solo eso ya no giraba pensé puse muchas ropa pero me di cuenta que solo era una camisa de mi pequeña hija y un pantalón licra así era imposible que se arruine con esa poca de carga de ropa estaba muy feliz y ahora estoy muy desepcionada soy madre soltera y vivo en un apartamento.y es muy difícil ir a lavar con el poco de ropa encima y mi hija pensé esto va hacer más fácil porque lávare cuando mi hija duerma en la noche.y ahora nada también sobre lo de exprimir el agua es una faya contanste porque si no lo estás agarrando la lavadora empieza a bailar samba, o lambada,o ustedes me entienden o eso espero cuando compras algo esperas que al menos hago su trabajo no que se baya ala caño rápido y no funcione más.ahora tendré que lavar a mano como solía lavar.Dare mi consejo no gastes tu dinero para cinco veces que la ocupe es demasiado dinero.

Stopped working after 2 months . Only the timer was working, I was throwing it out when I noticed the screw by the spinner was loose, just needed to tighten the screw and it started again.

drain water too short

It looks exactly like what I wanted, but have not been able to use because the intake hose does not fit any faucet in the house. No response from customer service

I used this washer one time. The small washer works great but the spin does not. It absolutely has to be on a flat surface or it will knock terribly and not spin the clothes. I had it in the bathtub and I guess the tubs tilts toward the drain so I had to hold the lid trying to keep the machine from knocking and moving toward the drain. Next time I will put it on a board to see if it makes a difference for the spin cycle.

The only this i didn’t like is the hose to drain the water is very short u must make sure to keep ur machine right next to a sink or bathtub .. if it was on the floor it doesn’t reach the toilet to drain .. but you have to move it around make sure it’s empty as it turn heavy when you add water

Este producto me agrado much lo único en lo que fallo fue que el agua se le salía tantito cuando el agua llegaba al sign que dice mini no estaba quebrada pero el sign estaba ladeado solo que se por eso per es muy fácil de usar y no hace casi ruido la recomiendo pero si les sale como a mi pónganle un trapo abajo para que no se moje la superficia. Works like a charm, easy to use, and an absolute beauty to handle. I mainly use this for my Guinea pig laundry. I wash their blankets, beds and pouches. I also use it for my hand towels. A pair of shoes here and there. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

After you wash your items you have let the water out then you have to take the clothes out then put rinse water in, rinse clothes let the water out take the items out then put one piece of clothes at a time in the basket to spin water out, the basket wont stay on the spin arm to spin water out of the clothes I will return it

I love my little washer it works great . only thing I don't like about it is the spin sticle and that's because you have to hold it down to the floor so it doesn't move all over and that it over heats very easily.

I love this machine. Its small and compact and it gets my clothes very clean. Some people are complaining about the fact that the hose does not fit on any faucets. It is not supposed to. Hold the tube up to the faucet and use your hand as a gasket to help keep the water pressure up. The fact that the hose does not have an adapter to fit onto the faucet is probably one of the reasons why its so cheap!No, you should not wash large towels in it. I do wash my smaller hand towels in it though.No, there is no spin cycle, but thats another reason why its so cheap. You need to buy a spinner.Ive been using it for the past 6 months and I have no problem with the life span of my clothes. In fact, I wold say that since Im not using the harsh industrial washers the life of my clothes has gone up.

This portable washer washes excellently. Gets your clothes clean and smelling good. This is better than having to go to the laundromat. Space saver if you live in a tiny space.

This thing is a blessing. So so so simple to use, works very well, and all in all looks very nice. I mean it. I dont regret this buy at all. When it came in i was ao excited i even shared it with all my friends. Easy to hook up, easy to drain, i advise picking it up off the floor to fully drain it. And i always start using it by running a cup of clean water to flush out any thats been sitting, it holds quite a bit as well. Very impressed with that part. Its very mobile, the clothes get very clean. And if you plan to hang dry make sure you do it properly. Ive been doing it and its working great, i prefer to rise the clothes 2 times before i hang them. All in all this product is amazing and i would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for making something so useful and efficient for my family.

I have to say was a bit skeptical, but i was amazed how good this works. I live in a small apartment where there is no room for a full size or smaller washer. This is perfect and fits in my closet when not in use. I've been testing a variety of clothing combinations and so far I'm very happy. I was even able to wash adult jeans (one pair at a time, and plug hole on top with paper towel to avoid water spitting out). Absolutely love this machine. The only issue I found which wasn't a big issue for me was the spin. Like many of the reviews stated the machines does rock quite a bit on spin. I find holding it down does stop it. You also have to be very careful how much items you try to spin. Undergarments, socks and light items, spun pretty good. An adult t-shirt spun nicely but there was still enough water to squeeze out. I didn't try the jeans, but I'm sure the weight would probably break the machine. I gave it an overall 5 stars because as far as a washing machine, this was amazingly powerful for something so small and simple. If you don't have a problem wringing out the items or drip drying (which is no problem for me). This is the perfect little machine.
