Couple BIG problems with assembly. Lightweight, rustproof, comfortable, and fairly sturdy.

Overall I like the swing a lot. However there were two issues with assembly. First; the upper inner hole for bolt EE to attach the right hand arm assembly is off about 1/8 of an inch and needed modifying with a drill so the bolt would go into the threaded hole. Secondly the top fabric is about an inch too short. I had to use two C clamps per side to stretch the fabric enough to screw down the adjustment handles and even how there's a 3/8" gap that I just can't close - and I'm a fairly strong man. I'm going to try letting the sun relax the fabric for a day then try again. What I might do is unbolt the bottom horizontal brace and loosen the upper bolt that attaches the top rail flange to the side, then tighten up the fabric mounts, then use the leverage of the long sides to stretch the fabric and reattach the bottom rail. After its on I can tell the top shade won't ever be adjustable - the fabric is just too darn tight. A MAJOR fail. The top badly needs a redesign. Another possibility is I'll remove one of the through-bolts on the top rail and allow the top rail pipe to slide in a bit and then re-drill the hole for the through bolt.

Absolutely love this. The only negative if I have to pick us the top. I thought it was mesh material like the seat but was not. Need a bit of strength to get it to fit framing. Otherwise awesome!!

We are having difficulty attaching the canopy. Is there a trick to this? The cloth is so tight we are trying to stretch it to get it to be wide enough to attach. Do you have any suggestions? Once we are successful with the canopy I think we are really going to enjoy the swing.
