The weight is perfect for easier workouts and adjusts down to levels where I can start a land set for forearms and shoulders up through decent biceps and triceps workouts. Not a full set for extensive weight training but perfect for getting started (again and again), maintaining at home, and limited space. Had one time for a weight to drop off the handle but it was more so my mistake I’m not having things lined up properly. You’ll have to play with the weights to get to understand the locking mechanism (button depressed while in the racks to allow the selector to turn/swivel). No complaints.

These adjustable dumbbells can replace 15 sets of weights. The weight was changed from 5 pounds to 50 pounds. Easy to use selection dial for weight adjustment. They come in single pairs, so you need to buy two if you want a pair. Switching from one sport to the next with ease, you can change your resistance as the dial turns, allowing you to gradually increase your strength. Generally speaking, I am satisfied with the quality of this product.

The dumbbell bar can be assembled freely. Each piece is marked with the number of kilograms. It can be assembled freely according to your own needs. In the home does not take up space, anti-slip design is very good, transport is very fast, a happy shopping.

I recently decided to add this to my collection of workout equipment and ended up thoroughly impressed with this weight set! The first thing that I loved was that for a dumbbell, it was very compact and sits nicely in the accompanying holder stand. I haven’t had any experience with an adjustable dumbbell so I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. After using it for my workout the other day it was awesome being able to simply drop it back in the stand and turn the handle to load up more weight. That alone is a great selling feature as it typically takes a while to remove the clamps from a standard dumbbell and add weight. So if you are looking for weights and space is a concern or if you simply want to take advantage of an adjustable dumbbell this is definitely the set you will love! I am definitely happy I added it to my collection! Excellent Set!!!
