02/16/2024This makes perfect ice for me I put some in the freezer to make harder depending what I’m using it for. I’ve have one for almost 3 years I clean it like deep clean it every 6 months with a tooth brush using vinegar and it works perfect would definitely recommend

Love this Icemaker
10/29/2023I finally got to use my icemaker and I love it it makes different size ice bullets (that what hubby calls them) it don't take a long time and it makes so much with just one tank of water so now I can have ice whenever I want it and don't have to worry about spilling ice trays in my freezer. It's quiet and goes until all the water is gone from the tub. If you have kids that are little dare devils and constantly injuring themselves and needing something iced you can just make the ice and put it in a zip lock bag and there you go. very convenient

When I turn it on it sounds like it's starting but then nothing moves and it makes no ice. So, I'm wondering if you could replace this machine considering it's only a month old.
