Very simple setup. just open it up and there you go. It is ready to go. It tells you speed, steps, calories burned, and distance. It is great as bad I feel a difference on my body already! I am very happy with this treadmill. It was easy to set up, while it is heavy I was able to drag it up the stairs to my apartment alone and get it setup without any help! This would be impossible with a typical treadmill. It is working fine for me and I weight 210 lbs. I am happy I bought it! I think its a good value for the money.
