This precision cooker is very easy to use and heats up fast. The clip on the back works well and the unit itself is very well made. It's whisper quiet and does the job perfectly. I highly recommend this item.

Worked great for a day and then a E04 message appears and starts beeping. Was cooking a pork butt and about 17 hours in the message appeared. Not sure if I have defective device so I won’t rate it any lower but at this time I can’t use it. Overall packaging, shipping, look/ usability etc has been great.

My first introduction to sous vide cooking and now I am hooked.

Q&A

Q:
I would like to know if I have to set the timer in order to cook or am I able to set the temp only and let the sous vide run for hours? I'm assuming that the timer when set at max of 59:59 that it means 59 mins and 59 seconds or a total of 1 hour? Please advise.
