Excellent value for the money! I've seen many chairs that are much more expensive and I'm telling you, save your money and buy this chair, you'll be happier in the long run! Assembly was very easy and the packaging was great. The chair arrived in great condition. I bought four of the black chairs after reading other reviews that suggested buying them individually as they were much cheaper and they were right. My wife and I love them and are considering buying a few more! Very very happy!

The instructions were clear and easy to follow, assembly was quick, and all the pieces fit snugly. The chair is comfortable to sit in and lays flat to the ground. As long as it can stand up to the Florida weather, I'm perfectly happy with it.

We are very happy with our new chairs! They are as good as promised. Very sturdy and heavy and won't blow away in the wind. We also love the look of them. The only downside is that a few of the chairs have some black stains on them, but I was able to wipe most of them off.

Absolutely 5 stars for me. Since I ordered two chairs, I assembled the first one exactly as per the instructions, which were clear, easy to follow and simple to understand. The assembly kit includes a high quality Allen/hex key with a handle to protect your fingers when tightening! I assembled both chairs in less than 30 minutes. When attaching the cup holder, the instructions clearly state that the only short screw must be used. I actually laughed out loud and said to my wife, "I wonder how many idiots screwed the screws wrong and changed the instructions to say 'don't do that'." Since the first chair was a breeze to assemble, I decided to skip the instructions for the second chair. As expected, I screwed the screws wrong and my wife was delighted. I embarrassedly contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement armrest at their own expense. That's customer service at its best! After sitting on them for a few weeks, we love them. They are built to last!
